Refund policy

To ensure quality control we record all product handlings. We take great care in packing all orders. Therefore, all orders placed are final and non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered upon receipt, please reach out to us at speak@withdoudou.com within 7 days of receipt. In order to expedite the process, please provide us with proof of purchase, photos/videos showing the manufacturing defect.

• We will try our best to provide a one-to-one exchange of the same item.
• In the event the exact item is out of stock, you may proceed to exchange it with other items of your choice. ( Have to top up any price difference)
• No refunds will be made.
• All orders placed are final and non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

⚠️ Any products eligible for exchange must be

1) In the same condition( unused, unwashed) you received it

2)In original packaging.

3)Include any free gifts, manual, that came together with the item.

Withdoudou reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes as a defect. We will not conduct the exchange if we find the product does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
